In the past years, during the work with oversea customers on product design, we need to co-work with oversea engineers and co-work with China local suppliers.We realized that even many oversea brand name customers or agent customers have strong demand on developing their product, but not every company has core competence and vast experience in whole product design and manufacturing. The complexity and the cost are so high to manage product design and manufacturing. So they need experience on how to make a product successful under the budget and schedule management.
